  • Typically 1 to 3 hours, depending on the model. The estimated time required for each watch will be shown at the time of booking > Check your watch model and the estimated time required

  • Select your model and book an appointment in advance. The service is provided at our central London office. The exact service location will be shared with you after your booking is confirmed > make an appointment

  • Either is fine. Our office has 24-hour CCTV to ensure the security of your watch. You may stay or return later to collect your watch.
